Bio: Skulls, dogs, words, long walks, and wine: These are a few of Betsy’s favorite things. Our crafter of content brings a wealth of experience across a plethora of industries and all types of media—from social to broadcast to digital, with a coffee table book about a lake in Utah and an endangered fish called the Junesucker to boot. She has worked with heavyweights like Caesar’s Palace, Southwest Airlines, Boost Mobile, Honda, and the Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board to give voice to those brands. Writer’s Blanc
2 oz. Blanco Tequila
1 oz. Fresh blood orange juice
¾ oz. Fresh lime juice
¾ oz. Cointreau
1 bar spoon of agave
Add a sprig of thyme and shake. Pour into rocks glass and top with champagne.
Garnish with black salt and dehydrated blood orange.
