At the end of each year, The Orange County Register releases a list of the 125 Most Influential People – and Families Forward’s CEO Madelynn Hirneise graced the front page of their final Sunday issue for 2024. The work she’s been doing with the 40-year-old organization for over a decade was showcased for all to see. She skillfully delivered information about the various stages of insecurity that Families Forward clients experience and showed readers that what people often see as a food handout at a pantry is a strategic touch point that is helping to prevent homelessness.
