Community Action Partnership of Orange County (CAP OC) landed a recent Sunday front page, top of the fold feature in The Orange County Register for their Anti-Poverty Summit, an insightful feature written by Andre Mouchard that spotlights how CAP OC is leading a vital conversation on equity, resilience and what it means to fight poverty in one of the nation’s most complex counties.
