It was all glitz, glam and ocean-inspired elegance at Pacific Symphony’s Opening Night. The evening marked the first night of Artistic & Music Director Alexander Shelley’s inaugural season, with a crew from KTLA’s “Entertainment Report” there to capture it all.
From a one-night-only performance by Grammy® Award-winning violinist Joshua Bell to raising more than $500,000 to help usher the orchestra into its next era, it was a night to remember.
The excitement was complemented by a beautifully curated Samueli Theater, showered in ocean blues and seashell-inspired textures (a nod to the campaign Reveille helped create, “Shelley Unleashes the Pacific”), as more than 250 Pacific Symphony donors, friends and fans gathered to celebrate the orchestra’s
exciting new chapter.
