Chef Tyler Wells’ Restorative Chapter At The Ecology Center

Ever heard of a chef’s open-ended residency on a farm? The Ecology Center, a 28-acre sustainable farm in San Juan Capistrano, kicked off its “Summer of Love” dinner series with L.A.’s food scene icon Chef Tyler Wells as culinary director. A survivor of the Eaton fires, Chef Tyler helped set the table for the new experience at Ecology Center’s Campesino Café, where guests dine among farm vibes and wood-fired dishes that rotate based on the seasonal produce.

Reveille shared Chef Tyler’s restorative chapter at The Ecology Center with The Orange County Register, LAist, Good Day LA and KCBS/KCAL News’ Kara Finnstrom, who toured the farm and enjoyed a salad she harvested herself. If you haven’t checked out the Ecology Center, this is your sign!
