Community Choice Energy has a lot of moving parts: who buys the power, who delivers it, what’s on the bill and where customer choice comes in. To make it easier to understand, Reveille helped Orange County Power Authority (OCPA) create a colorful, animated explainer that breaks it all down.
The video shows how OCPA purchases clean energy for its member communities, how local leaders help guide decisions and how revenue is reinvested locally. To reach even more residents, subtitles will be available in multiple languages.
