Latin Fire Heats Things Up At Pacific Symphony

A vibrant celebration of Latin American music and jazz combined for a sizzling hot concert at Pacific Symphony, as the new Principal Pops Conductor Enrico Lopez-Yañez showcased the region’s greatest hits with friends Costa Rican Trumpet Player José Sibaja and Mexican Soprano Mónica Abrego. Then, legendary multi-GRAMMY® Award-winning trumpeter Arturo Sandoval and his band left a lasting impression with an energizing performance of jazz, salsa and American standards, all backed by the talented and versatile orchestra.

Reveille was thrilled to help pack the house and generate excitement by introducing both Arturo Sandoval and Enrico Lopez-Yañez to our local media. KABC got a behind-the-scenes look at the orchestra’s rehearsal for a two-minute segment. We also secured coverage in major publications across Southern California, including The Orange County Register, TimesOC, Culture OC, La Opinion, Para Todos and Newport Beach Independent, to feature the newest Hispanic Principal Pops conductor Enrico Lopez-Yañez. Our team was happy to be at the show—and you can be sure we were dancing to the beat!
