New Data Exposes Half of All Trafficking Victims in Orange County Are Minors

Last week, the Orange County Human Trafficking Task Force released its 2025 Victim Report, revealing a major shift in trafficking trends: for the first time, minors now make up half of all victims identified, with an average age of just 14. The report also showed that most victims are from Orange County, underscoring the urgent need for early prevention, community awareness, and stronger cross-county collaboration.
