As strawberry season peaks in Orange County, The Ecology Center is harvesting fruit and creating connection to the land. At the 28-acre regenerative organic farm, more than 30,000 pounds of strawberries will be grown this season, with families invited into the fields for hands-on U-pick experiences show where food begins.
The impact goes beyond the rows. From supporting local artisans to on-site dining at Campesino Café, strawberries tell the story from soil to plate.
