It’s not every day—or even every decade—that a symphony orchestra gets to introduce a new music director. For Pacific Symphony, it’s been 35 years! Last month, they announced the passing of the baton to Alexander Shelley, a British conductor of international renown, as their new artistic and musical director. This historic moment signals a renewed commitment to orchestral music in Orange County and keeping the arts alive for future generations. Bravo!
